Check-in is at 04:00 pm whilst check-out is at 10:00 am. A late check-out can be requested and it is subject to availability. Please make sure to contact the front desk before the check-out time. They will be able to assist you with availability and quotes.
You can book your reservation either with All-Inclusive or European Plan (Room Only).
If you booked an European Plan, we could offer you an All-Inclusive day pass for purchase through our call center before your arrival or at check-in (minimum 3 nights).
Yes, we are a family resort. We offer a variety of activities at the resort for children and adults. Our activity director will make sure to entertain you with fun activities such as cooking, cocktail, Spanish classes, pool volleyball, lottery and many more.

Our resort is located right on a rocky stretch of beach which is not swimmable but we offer shuttle ride to downtown and Medano Beach, Cabo’s most popular swimming spot is 5 minutes walking.
Absolutely, we have a brand new Kid's Zone with a mini-pool, water playground and a Kids Club. It is open from 9:00 am to 05:00 pm.

Dining
It is not compulsory. However, since it is subject to availability it is widely recommended making a reservation especially if it's a dinner reservation at any of our specialty restaurants: Mestizo del Mar, Los Riscos, La Trajinera and Barolo.
The only restaurant that does not allow children under 12 years old is La Trajinera Restaurant. The other restaurants allow children at any ages.
Yes, room service is open 24-hours but it is not free. If you're on the All-Inclusive Plan you get up to 40% discount.

From Cabo San Lucas to downtown San Jose the taxi costs $35 USD if taken at the taxi rank we have at Vista Encantada. If your destination is Los Cabos International Airport, it costs $70 USD. It fits up to 4 people and it costs $20 USD per extra person. The amount varies if you take a taxi from Downtown San José or the San José Airport to Cabo San Lucas.
The resort is about 10-15 minutes. There is a shuttle to downtown that runs every two hours from 08:00 am to 10:00 pm. It should be mentioned that if you do not have the All-Inclusive plan, it costs $5 USD per person per ride.

Spa
Shaving is recommended for men prior to a facial so the skin is revealed for treatment. If you do shave before your facial, be sure to do so 6 to 8 hours prior to your spa appointment as some lotions are abrasive and can irritate the skin. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatment or hair removal services.
The spa is designed for the enjoyment of our adult guests. To receive treatment, guests must be up to 18 years old. Guests under 18 require an adult to be present through the spa service.
Morning appointments must be canceled the day before your treatment to avoid charges. For appointments in the evenings, please give us 4 hours notice before cancellation or rescheduling your appointment, otherwise it will be charged to your account as a "no show" with 100% of your treatment cost.
Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your spa appointment. This allows you plenty of time to check in, change, use the steam room and begin the relaxation process.
Should you take it off or not? Massage and body treatments are best enjoyed in the buff. During spa treatments, the body is draped, except for the area being worked on. We suggest wearing whatever is comfortable and loose fitting so you can easily get changed. We offer bathrobes, sandals and towels, as well as lockers for your clothing and personal items. If traveling light to the spa, wear a bathing suit and flipflops.
We recommend always arriving early or at least on time for your spa treatment so you can relax and get the total experience. Arriving late will deprive you of your full spa treatment time. As a courtesy to our next guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled.
If you are staying in the hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guestroom. Otherwise, a locker is available for your personal items.
Meeting & Weddings
Yes, but there are more requirements and extra expenses to cover, like the apostille and a blood test in the previous days before the wedding day that has to be done in town by an approved lab. This means you need to come at least 4 days previous to the wedding if you like to get legally married.
Is a symbolic ceremony; most of the couples get legally married in America and come to Cabo to do the ceremony with family and friends under a breathtaking scenery. If you like to get legally married in Mexico you can request it to your wedding coordinator in addition to your wedding package.
The initial deposit to save the date is $1,000 usd that will be credit to your wedding balance.
We only hold one wedding per day to provide our full attention and make you the rock star of the day!
Curfew is at 10:30 p.m. Althought you can request extra time with you wedding coordinatior, with an additional charge and based on availability.
Decor is quote separately according to your event design and the package you've selected.
Your wedding coordinator is ready to provide a vendors list to choose from in order to select your wedding services, she will offer a quality guarantee suppliers and will follow up until your event has officially end when you hire services through the resort. If you rather to use a supplier on your own, there is a vendors entrance fee and you need to notify the name of the supplier in order to have access to the property. In this case the delivery of the hire service is on your own supervision.
Not necessarily, but please consider that all our wedding packages are design for people staying at the resort in all inclusive, this means that an additional price will apply for guest staying out of the resort.
The minimum room block to get special concessions for bride and groom is 10 rooms for 3 nights stay.
Children from 4 to 12 year old will pay a special price according to the chosen package. Children under 4 don't pay. And children older than 12 year old are consider as adults price.
